Tokuyama Estelite Sigma Quick Syringe, A3, 3.8 g is used for direct anterior and posterior restorations when an A3 shade is needed for natural blending, contour control, and durable esthetic results. The A3 option provides a deeper, warmer restorative shade suited to teeth with more chroma than lighter A1 or A2 selections.

During a posterior Class I or Class II restoration, the material can be adapted in increments, sculpted to establish occlusal anatomy, and polished after curing to create a smooth transition with surrounding tooth structure. It is also suitable for Class III, Class IV, and Class V restorations, composite veneers, diastema closure, and repair of composite or porcelain surfaces where a universal restorative composite is appropriate. Each pack contains 1 syringe with 3.8 g of A3 Estelite Sigma Quick supra-nano filled composite. Dental offices ordering universal composite from their supplier can buy this A3 shade configuration for restorations requiring a deeper, warmer value than the lighter A1 or A2 options in the same product line.

The resin incorporates 100% spherical fillers with an average particle size of about 200 nm, creating uniform light diffusion that supports optical integration and surface polish. Filler loading is 82% by weight and 71% by volume, providing a balance of mechanical strength, wear resistance, and workable consistency. Syringe delivery permits controlled dispensing directly onto a mixing pad or placement instrument as needed.

The paste has a creamy, non-sticky handling profile with resistance to slumping, helping preserve grooves, ridges, proximal contours, and other anatomical features during incremental build-up before polymerization.Estelite Sigma Quick uses Radical Amplified Photopolymerization Technology to provide an extended manipulation window while supporting efficient curing. Under specified ambient-light conditions, working time can reach 90 seconds, giving additional time for adaptation and sculpting before light activation. With appropriate curing intensity and qualifying increments, polymerization can be completed in approximately 10 seconds.

The spherical filler architecture also contributes to gloss development, long-term gloss retention, radiopacity, and reduced wear against opposing dentition. This A3, 3.8 g syringe variant is distinguished by its mid-range warm shade and reusable dispensing format, making it suitable for restorative procedures where controlled access to a consistent A3 composite is required.
