- 828O: Short clinical crowns, ceramic or all-ceramic
- 828Y: PFM, CEREC, Captek or all-ceramic
- 828B: Long clinical crowns — PFM or all-ceramic
- 828R: to level occlusal plane
- 828W: maxillary anterior lingual reduction
