Reliance Excel – Paste and Bonding Resin are formulated with a patented fluoride releasing monomer that will not reduce bond strength.
The Herbst Kit contains all components of the regular Excel screw syringe kit *plus* the Reliance Plastic Conditioner to chemically prepare acrylic appliances.
